Non-Invasive Cosmetic Options
For patients looking to non-surgically enhance what they have—face, lips, skin, hands, complexion or all of the above—the doctors of ASF Associates offer several options. We use well-known products such as BOTOX®, Juvederm ®, Radiesse ®, Latisse ® and NIA ® skin care products.
Depending on your individual case, we may recommend one over the other, or the use of several in combination, depending on the site and the desired effect. There are pro’s and con’s with each product, but our Doctors are knowledgeable and experienced in what will produce the best results for each patient and their individual needs.
Typically, these procedures are under an hour, the injections are relatively painless and will leave your skin looking younger, healthier, and more vibrant. Though each case is different, discomfort in the region is to be expected just at the time of injection—and the ability to resume all activity is almost immediate. BOTOX®
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a minimally invasive treatment that temporarily eliminates or reduces fine facial lines and creases. By weakening the muscles responsible for certain facial expressions, BOTOX® Cosmetic can diminish frown lines, "crow’s feet" around the eyes, horizontal forehead lines, and thick bands in the neck.
Treatment with BOTOX® Cosmetic can be repeated as necessary, and is often performed in conjunction with other procedures. For patients who are experiencing the early signs of aging, but are not yet candidates for a facelift, BOTOX® Cosmetic may be the solution.

JUVÉDERM®
JUVÉDERM® is a smooth consistency gel made of hyaluronic acid – a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to add volume and hydration. It is injected under the skin to instantly restore your skin's volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds, like your “smile lines” or “parentheses” (nasolabial folds – the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth).

RADIESSE®
RADIESSE® is a wrinkle filler that stimulates collagenesis—the production of new collagen—which results in increased volume for natural looking wrinkle correction that may last a year or more in many patients. It's also why more and more cosmetic surgeons, estheticians, and other medical professionals are choosing RADIESSE wrinkle filler for long-lasting facial rejuvenation. Results may last a year or more in many patients. Recently FDA approved to enhance patient comfort1 with lidocaine mixing.

The LATISSE® solution is a prescription treatment for hypotrichosis used to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker and darker. Eyelash hypotrichosis is another name for having inadequate or not enough eyelashes.

NIA 24
We encourage our patients to be diligent in their skin care regimen and recommend a product called NIA 24. Aging and sunlight changes skin cell DNA, which leads to skin damage, NIA 24 helps to maintain the genomic integrity of skin cells, energize the skin, thus increasing skin cell turnover. 
NIA 24 scientists have discovered that Pro-NAD allows delivery of amounts of niacin into the skin that stimulate the release of a naturally occurring skin growth hormone called leptin that helps build skin resilience. The chemical structure of niacin prevents it from being effectively delivered to skin cells via ordinary skin creams and lotions.
